House Rules & Responsible AI Policy

Create freely. Create responsibly.

Operated by Modacific Tech House LLC | Last updated: September 28, 2026

Welcome to CALIHUM.AI, a creative AI studio operated by Modacific Tech House LLC. We build tools for imaginative storytelling, video production and modern creative work, while expecting everyone who uses them to respect people, rights, truth and safety.

These House Rules are written for creators, production teams, agencies, businesses and collaborators. They explain what belongs in our studio, where the boundaries are, and how to raise a concern. They are not a replacement for our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy or applicable law.

Our standards at a glance

  • Create boldly, but do not deceive or harm.
  • Use content, identities and voices only with appropriate rights and consent.
  • Protect children, vulnerable people and private information.
  • Label realistic synthetic media when disclosure is needed.
  • Review important and commercial outputs before publication.
  • Respect platform safeguards and report misuse promptly.

01 Who These Rules Apply To

These House Rules apply to everyone who accesses CALIHUM.AI, including individuals, agencies, business customers, invited collaborators and anyone who uploads, generates, edits, shares or publishes content through our tools. They apply to prompts, reference files, images, videos, audio, projects, comments and any other content or activity made available through the Service.

They complement our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, plan-specific conditions and applicable enterprise agreements. Those documents govern contractual rights, payments, data processing and other matters they specifically address. Where a feature is supplied by a third-party model or service, its applicable restrictions may also apply.

Use CALIHUM only where permitted by the law that applies to you and the content you create or distribute. If a particular feature is not available in your region or plan, do not attempt to bypass that restriction.

02 Create With Respect for Ownership

Only upload or use content that you created, own, licensed or are otherwise authorized to use for your intended purpose. This includes scripts, photographs, videos, music, sound recordings, artwork, trademarks, characters, logos, datasets and reference materials.

Do not use CALIHUM to reproduce or distribute someone else’s protected work in a way that infringes their rights. Do not misrepresent another creator’s work as your own or remove attribution or rights notices where they are required.

Your rights in your inputs and generated outputs are governed by our Terms of Service, applicable third-party terms and law. Generating content with AI does not guarantee originality, exclusivity, copyright protection or permission to use third-party elements; review these issues before commercial publication.

03 Protect Identity, Likeness and Voice

A recognizable face, voice, name or digital persona deserves respect. Before making a realistic replica or synthetic performance of a real person, obtain the permissions and releases required for the intended use, including publicity, privacy, contractual and other applicable rights.

Do not create false endorsements, impersonate someone to obtain money or access, imitate a private person to harass them, or use a digital replica to falsely imply consent or participation. A person’s public visibility does not, by itself, grant permission to make a commercial endorsement or a deceptive replica.

Clearly identify fictional or simulated performances whenever the audience could otherwise reasonably believe a real person participated or made the depicted statements. Artistic parody and commentary are welcome where lawful, but must not be used to conceal harassment, fraud or other violations.

04 Never Create Sexual Exploitation or Non-Consensual Intimate Content

Do not generate, alter, request, upload, distribute or threaten to distribute non-consensual intimate images or videos, including AI-created nudity, sexual deepfakes or sexualized “undressing” of an identifiable person. Do not use CALIHUM for sextortion, sexual harassment or sexual exploitation.

Any sexualized depiction of a minor is prohibited, whether the minor is real, fictional or AI-generated. Content involving child sexual abuse, grooming or predatory activity is strictly prohibited and may be reported to appropriate authorities as required by law.

If an intimate image or video depicting you has been shared without your consent, see Section 17 for the removal-request process. You do not need a CALIHUM account to send a report.

05 Protect Children and Vulnerable People

Use of CALIHUM must meet the minimum age and any parental-consent requirements stated in our Terms of Service and applicable law. Do not evade age gates or use another person’s account to gain access. Any child-directed product or classroom use requires an expressly supported arrangement and appropriate safeguards.

Do not exploit a child’s image, voice, location, school details or other personal information. Obtain all necessary permissions for lawful use of minors’ materials, and avoid unnecessary exposure of information that could identify or locate a child.

Content targeting vulnerable people through coercion, discriminatory abuse, financial exploitation or deliberate emotional manipulation is not permitted.

06 No Fraud, Dangerous Conduct or Abuse

Do not use CALIHUM to produce scams, phishing assets, fraudulent identity documents, false evidence, threatening material, malicious code, instructions for violent wrongdoing, or content intended to facilitate illegal activity. Do not impersonate emergency services, public authorities, financial institutions or trusted organizations to deceive others.

We prohibit targeted harassment, credible threats, stalking, doxxing, hateful abuse directed at protected groups and content that promotes sexual exploitation or real-world violence. We may restrict especially graphic or harmful material even where its legality is uncertain.

Educational, documentary, journalistic, artistic or public-interest context can matter, but it is not an exemption for illegal conduct, non-consensual intimate imagery, exploitation or clear threats of harm.

07 Keep Reality and Fiction Distinguishable

CALIHUM is a place for fiction, visual effects, experimentation and imaginative storytelling. It is not a tool for fabricating apparent proof of real events, impersonating journalists or presenting invented footage as authentic evidence.

When realistic AI-generated or substantially manipulated audio, video or images could mislead viewers about a real person, statement, event or public-interest matter, use a clear, accessible disclosure appropriate to the format and distribution channel. Follow all additional labeling obligations that apply where your audience is located.

Do not create or distribute deceptive election material, fabricated official announcements, fake emergency warnings or other synthetic media designed to mislead people about important civic or safety information.

08 Make Commercial Content Honest

Brands, agencies and professional creators are responsible for the accuracy, fairness and legality of their finished work. Substantiate material product claims, obtain rights and model releases, and secure permission for logos, music and other protected assets.

Do not fabricate consumer reviews, ratings, influencer experiences, celebrity endorsements or before-and-after results. Disclose sponsorship, paid relationships and material AI manipulation where required; do not present an AI avatar as an actual satisfied customer without proper context.

Additional obligations can apply to political advertising, financial promotions, health claims, employment content and other regulated uses. Do not rely on generated content alone to satisfy professional or legal review.

09 Respect AI Labels, Watermarks and Provenance

Follow applicable laws and distribution-platform requirements for identifying AI-generated or materially altered content. Where CALIHUM or a model provider supplies a watermark, content credential, metadata field, provenance marker or optional visible disclosure, preserve it when required and do not falsify or unlawfully circumvent it.

A disclosure should be easy for a reasonable viewer to notice and understand. A buried hashtag or a disclosure separated from the content may not be adequate for a realistic synthetic video or advertisement.

CALIHUM may use different models and media workflows. Available provenance features can vary by tool and output format. Creators remain responsible for checking the disclosures that their particular project and distribution channel require.

10 Keep Personal and Confidential Data Safe

Do not upload another person’s private information without a lawful basis and any required consent. Avoid submitting unnecessary identity records, payment details, private conversations, location histories, medical records, biometric data, children’s information or unpublished trade secrets.

Before entering confidential client or enterprise material, verify that your selected plan, workspace, integrations and written agreements authorize that use. Review available sharing permissions carefully, especially before publishing content or inviting outside collaborators.

Our Privacy Policy and any applicable data-processing agreement explain how CALIHUM and relevant service providers process, retain and protect data. These House Rules do not promise that a particular model, provider or plan excludes training or retains data for a specific period; consult the governing documents and selected feature settings.

11 Use Professional and Enterprise Workspaces Responsibly

Account owners and team administrators should grant access on a need-to-use basis, establish approval workflows and remove access when team members leave. Team members must respect client confidentiality, brand guidelines, intellectual-property restrictions and their organization’s information-security policies.

Do not upload restricted enterprise or government information unless it is expressly permitted by the relevant agreement and configured service. Enterprise-specific data residence, retention, security, model-use and compliance commitments must be agreed in writing rather than assumed from general marketing or these House Rules.

Commercial clients should keep appropriate records of source rights, likeness consent, project approvals and required AI disclosures.

12 Share and Collaborate Fairly

If you post content to a public gallery, community space or shared workspace, do so only when you have the right to make it available to the intended audience. Public posts may be viewed, shared or copied by others depending on the feature and your settings.

Respect other creators and collaborators. Do not spam, manipulate ratings or engagement, share private projects without permission, impersonate collaborators or use comments to harass or intimidate others.

Only reuse, remix or distribute another member’s work where the available feature and the applicable rights allow it. Follow the permissions and licenses shown for shared assets.

13 Keep CALIHUM Secure and Available

Protect your account and use supported access-management and collaboration features. Do not share credentials, sell or transfer access in violation of your plan, or attempt to obtain another person’s content or account.

Do not bypass safety filters, account restrictions, usage quotas, payment controls, security protections or technical safeguards. Unauthorized scraping, disruptive automated requests, generation farms, malware distribution, vulnerability exploitation and attempts to reverse-engineer protected systems are prohibited except where expressly permitted by law or written authorization.

If you identify a security vulnerability, report it privately through the contact channel in Section 17 rather than exposing other users or publicly disclosing exploitable details before a responsible response can occur.

14 Apply Human Judgment to Important Decisions

Generated media can contain factual mistakes, visual defects, unintended similarities, inaccurate subtitles and misleading representations. Review outputs before distributing them and correct errors that could affect people, customers or the public.

Do not present AI-generated content as verified professional advice, official evidence or a substitute for qualified review in healthcare, law, finance, employment, public services or emergency response. Where the stakes are high, involve appropriate professionals and verify material claims against trustworthy sources.

Be especially careful when AI outputs depict vulnerable groups, real tragedies, disasters or sensitive public events. Editorial context, dignity and proportionality matter.

15 How We Review and Enforce These Rules

CALIHUM may use automated checks, human review, user reports and rights-holder notices to identify suspected violations. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may refuse a prompt, interrupt generation, block distribution, remove material, disable a feature, limit an account, suspend access or terminate a user’s account.

The response depends on the nature and severity of the issue, available evidence, repeat behavior, safety risk, legal obligations and whether a less restrictive response is appropriate. We may preserve relevant information or cooperate with competent authorities when required or permitted by law.

Automated systems and moderation decisions can be imperfect. If you believe we restricted your content or account in error, use the appeals instructions in Section 17. We will review eligible appeals under the processes available for your service and jurisdiction.

16 Copyright, Identity and Other Rights Complaints

If you believe content available through CALIHUM infringes your copyright, trademark, publicity or privacy rights, send a report to [email protected] with your name and contact information; a description of the right at issue; the specific content or URL; a short explanation of the alleged violation; and any authority to act on someone else’s behalf.

For copyright notices, include the information required by applicable law. We may ask for additional details needed to evaluate a report and may inform the affected account holder where lawful and appropriate. Knowingly false complaints may have legal consequences.

If your complaint concerns urgent personal safety, impersonation or intimate imagery, identify it clearly in the subject line so it can be triaged appropriately.

17 Report Abuse, Request Removal or Appeal

For safety reports, copyright or identity complaints, and requests to appeal a CALIHUM moderation decision, contact [email protected]. Use a clear subject line such as “Safety Report,” “Copyright Notice,” “Identity Misuse,” “Intimate Image Removal” or “Appeal.” Reports may be submitted by people who do not have a CALIHUM account.

Include, where available: (1) the URL, project link or other description that identifies the material; (2) what happened and why you believe it violates these rules or your rights; (3) your contact information; and (4) any supporting information you can safely share. Avoid sending additional intimate imagery or unnecessary personal data.

For non-consensual intimate imagery, an identifiable individual or their authorized representative may request removal by emailing [email protected] with the location of the material, a statement that it depicts them and was shared without consent, and sufficient contact details to respond. We will assess the request promptly. Where the federal TAKE IT DOWN Act applies, a valid request triggers removal of the reported content and known identical copies within 48 hours, as required by law.

If you are appealing a restriction, include the relevant account or project identifier, the decision you are contesting and any important context. CALIHUM may decline appeals that are abusive, duplicative or outside the available appeal process, while preserving rights available under applicable law.

If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. CALIHUM’s reporting process is not an emergency-response service.

18 Policy Updates and Contact

Technology, laws and creative practices evolve. We may revise these House Rules to address new tools, user feedback, emerging risks and applicable regulatory changes. The current version will be posted on our website with an updated date, and we will provide additional notice when required.
